Borage

I grew Borage for the first time this year as the flowers are edible and I thought I would be creative and delicately arrange some on our summer salads!
We have never so much as eaten one, so as they are about to stop flowering I thought this would be a nice blip for today! I will sprinkle the seeds in the wild flower patch and if we get some next year perhaps I will make more effort !!
