Bike beats Bus

Cycled to see GJ today - 9 miles - took anout the same time as getting the bus (quicker if you include waiting at bus stops!), I felt healthy rather than car sick at the end of it and it cost me nothing! However I was pretty wet despite my waterproofs - mainly because a lorry sent a wave of water over me as I waited to cross the road on the way home. Good fun though and mostly along the Newhall Valley!
