Practice makes perfect

Okay, so I'm a teacher right? I work in the local school, the local community centre. Well, they've got a dark room that nobody uses. One of the Art teachers is a huge photography buff and was pretty keen on getting me into the dark room fiddling around with all sorts of gizmos and chemicals I haven't touched since high school.

This is an agitation tank. I've got to get really good at loading 35mm film into it... in complete darkness. It's not that hard, but it's not that easy either. Next step will be to see if I can adjust the spool to fit 120 film. I still love shooting 120 even if I hardly get the chance here. I upgraded my TLR and ordered a little light meter, but I think I'll have to focus on 35mm. I've got an old Canon A-1 with some lenses and filters, so that'll keep me occupied.
