Post no Bills

This is a pic of Liberty Hall in Dublin,, ( home of the i t g w u a union now called s i p t u ) When this building was errected during the 60,s it was said that it would not stay up and probably fall into the river ..but it is still there and the site it is on has some history worth reading,,However the reason I took this pic is the signage all around it commerating the great lockout of 1913 ,,
But all around the bottem of the building are posters saying POST NO BILLS
