Pole to Pole

Those track-bothering coves at Network Rail are fettling around with one of the main bridges over the AllanWater.

I was taking a wander along the river and couldn't help noticing that the scaffolded access platform they'd created could be a mighty fine place for a picnic and small concert.

Wonder if I could sneak up there with a pork pie and and an Ipod?
