Confit duck, duck fat roast potatoes, buttered spinach and homemade plum sauce. I have a cold. Getting worse every day at the moment. You are supposed to feed a cold no? I found a recipe for confit duck which involved cooking the legs in white wine and then all the fat comes off the duck and they cook in their own fat, so slightly less naughty than deep frying it....or so I am telling myself ;-)
