Mmmmmmm, nice ice xxx

This cough is seriously driving me up the wall now. The doctor said it just needs to go by itself, well it wants to hurry up! It's not only keeping me awake at night, it keeps waking Eva up, who still isn't in her own room. Bad Mommy.

Mike got Eva up, washed and dressed this morning before he went off to hockey, then I brought her downstairs for her breakfast.

We had a lovely couple coming for an allergy visit with the cats at 11am. We ended up spending half the time chatting babies and the other half about the cats. Eva, as usual, loved the attention, and sat, good as gold in her highchair while they were here.

She loves to watch the cats, I just have to be careful if they get too close to her, as she grabs their fur, poor puddies lol.

Eva had her sleep once they'd gone, she had a good 2 hours, then came downstairs for some floor time. I ended up taking her nappy off her to get some air to her, as she's had a bit of nappy rash the last couple of days. She properly rolls all over the place now, so I'd put cushions round the edge of her playmat incase she wee'd, which she did lol. She was loving it though hehe. We sang some songs while she shaked her rattles and I read her colours, animal sounds and words books to her, although she didn't enjoy these as much as Wow! said The Owl lol.

When Mike got back from hockey, I went and got us a Maccys while Eva sat in her chair and had some plum, rice cakes and baby biscuit, she then enjoyed trying to suck the melted ice through the straw once I'd finished my diet coke.

Mike was going out on a hockey night out, so we put Eva in the car and dropped him to the club at about 6.15, then I brought her home, gave her her bath, and gave her her milk feed and we had snuggles before bed. She was spark out by about 7.45 pm and didn't stir again until just after I got into bed just after midnight xxxx
