I'd had such a horrible day yesterday that I thought it wouldn't be fair to visit my dad.

So instead I went tonight , Roo hasn't seen dad since he was on my ward after he had his stroke in April so I thought it was time for him to visit.

It's a dreadful iPhone photo but the pure joy on dads face makes up for the bad quality to me it's one of the best pictures I've ever taken.

Dads happy now watching the football...
