Georges

This is Georges. He makes pizzas. In a hut. Literally. In the heat of the summer, the freezing cold of winter, Georges is always there making his pizzas. Some nights no one comes. Some nights he can barely cope. He works all the hours God gives to support his wife, Christelle (who helps out when they can afford a babysitter) and their two little boys. Georges is Portuguese in origin, his work ethic is admirable, his pizzas are delicious, and I feel guilty when I am on a low carb diet and can't support him. But I'm not on a diet right now, and a pizza was the perfect antidote to the seven-hour drive back from Marseille. It's good to be home!
