La préparation

I began cutting mats for an upcoming group exhibit of photos from the festival I help to organize. I haven't cut a mat in thirty years and while I had better equipment to work with this time than I did then, it wasn't the easiest of tasks. By the time I'd called it quits for the day, however, I think I got the hang of it. I think the rest of the mats (thirty total) will go considerably easier and quicker.

The show is supposed to go up on Tuesday. It's not a major event (there'll be no opening reception) but it will be nice to have my photos on display somewhere for the next couple of months.
