It was barbeque country ribs tonight. A dry rub of salt, pepper, paprika, chili pepper, thyme, and brown sugar. Indirect smoking with hickory woodchips for 45 minutes, flip, indirect smoking for another 45 minutes. Slather with barbeque sauce made from hickory bbq sauce, maple syrup, molasses, and liquid smoke. Grill for another 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Sided with homemade french fries.
