Next harvest

Today I filled 10 bottles with red wine, which I harvested in october 2008.
I think I'm a bit late doing it now but there were still deposits in the small drum I stored the wine in so I did not dare putting it in bottles.
It tastes good, but it should be a bit sweeter I think.
It's my first time so I have to learn more about it....
I'm a beer drinker (sometimes I put a small glass of "Beerenburg, next to the bottle of beer and alternate them). Beerenburg is a kind of herbal liquor.

So I don't know who's gonna drink the wine.

But: the grapes of this year are ripening already!
We wait and see.
