No Fish-No Money.

Skipper Adam Gould at Weymouth Quays. He went out trawling last night in his boat Kaluger, put the nets out,after a short while noticed they were twisted,had to haul them only to find a large tractor tyre had got caught up in them. Did a lot of damage. Returned to the Quays,no fish(he usually catches turbot,plaice,brill and sole),spent several hours repairing the nets. Hopes to have another go tonight. Adam has been thirty years trawling now,all from Weymouth. He told me last month he brought up a 8ft WW11 torpedo. The Navy lads took it away.
