Lovely Sunrise

This morning, and a couple of aliens thrown in :-)
AND so far it's been a gawjus day such a welcome
after yesterdays shite horrid weather :-)
My daughter who runs the organic veg box scheme
gave me heaps of vegy's the other day and i decided
to do something with them and the torilla thingys
lurking in the larder, I roasted the veg which were
peppers red onion courgette garlic then skinned the
toms, chopped them up and mixed in some herbs &
olive oil a pinch of salt pepper paprika and sugar then
got a larged round dish oiled it started with one tortilla
and layered them finished with the veg then slathered
with heaps of cheese baked in the oven for about 30
minutes, my god even if i blow me own trumpet it
was deeeelish even Mr L had some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
