Father

Of course I call him Dad, or rather Papa, as we tend to speak French amongst us Frenchmen, and this is the preferred idiom to call one's father in our language.

He was in Paris for the morning, and we had lunch when his meeting was over. A very good moment. He thought I was in good shape considering the circumstances.
