Zev Robinson has filmed for his next documentary "Tapas and Wine" on Spanish food and wine culture at the International School of Pastry Arts, near Alicante (Spain) owned by Paco Torreblanca and his son Jacob Torreblanca.
Chef Paco Torreblanca is considered by many to be the driving force behind pâtisserie in haute cuisine.
