IRIS through a Lensbaby

Here's me struggling with this lensbaby concept - I cant get it at all - I mean its all a matter of luck with me - I cant see the sweet spot when I'm lining it up at all - its only when I get it up on screen I get a look at it !! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!
