Martha's Vineyard
We got the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard today and spent the day there, most of it in Edgartown which is very pleasant, especially in the lovely, warm, sunny weather we've been having. From there, a small ferry crosses over a cut of about 200 yards to the separate island of Chappaquidick, which will mean something to those of a certain age in relation to Ted Kennedy. If it doesn't, just Google 'Mary Jo Kopechne'. Tonight is our last night although we have a full day before our flight home tomorrow evening, so will probably look in to Plymouth on the way back to Boston. I hear the weather has been really bad back home; can't say I'm looking forward to it.
