Wine Bottle Abstract

A busy day in the office, got home, ate dinner and then the cat decided that my lap was the best place to take a post meal siesta. The result, no blip and time fast running out.

I've felt for some time that I need to re-train myself on my photo equipment Too often I revert to the types of shot I am used to taking because I don't have the necessary knowledge or skill to produce different shots. I know I want to try more portraiture, partiularly using lighting to produce dramatic effects. I love the film actor protraits of the 50s, moody, black and white, sumptuous in their style.

Well this isnt it, but you've got to start somewhere. At least it is a two light set up, off camera, left and right.
