Khorasan Wheat Loaf

Baking with Khorasan wheat flour is like participating in an ancient mystery!

I came across the flour a while back while rummaging through the various flours on offer in our local wholefood store.

Wholemeal Khorasan dough handles more like pastry than typical hard wheat dough, and produces a loaf with a wonderful pale yellow hue and a unique but delicious taste - one I would definitely recommend!
