Painted Shoe No 1

This is Pointillist style. On reflection I'm not sure if the style suits the subject, but it's good practice anyway!!

Missed my cycle today. It was a nice day first thing this morning, but instead of going out straight away as usual, I decided to do a couple of hours painting instead, and then go for a cycle. A couple of hours later it was pouring down and has been doing for most of the day.

I'm becoming such a fair weather cyclist. Up until recently I would cycle to work in (almost) any weather!
