Green and Gold

On a rather wet day it was noticeable that there has been considerable leaf fall in some parts of the woods, while other trees are still quite green. I wonder if we are going to have a lengthy autumn like last year or whether the leaves will disappear quite quickly.
I have spent much of today working on my photo book of our Italian trip. Selecting the right pictures from so many is a time consuming business. Should get it finished tomorrow...I hope.
