Roll with it!

This guy takes out five minutes in the rain to make a "roll up". It is strange to see the humble roll up has survived when the likes of the Woodbine and Capstan Full Strength has disappeared.
Never could see the joy in having a few limp strands of tobacco in a creased sheet of paper?
