Work in Progress

Work continues on the demolition of St. Nicholas House, the former Aberdeen City Hall. As a result of this demolition there is also a much better view of Provost Skene house, one of Aberdeen's old historic buildings. Both views are currently obscured by the ongoing demolition work.

How long the view will last, or whether it will ever be an uninterrupted view remains to be seen as the space created will be filled with a large office building. So the grandeur of the aforementioned buildings is a view unlikely to survive after the redevelopment.
