More beach fun!

I am feeling quite good today. I decided to google knee replacements after 9 months to see what others were like. I seem to be better than most. I can do just about everything...I am not on any pain medication....I simply have a wee bit of pain behind my knee on bending, it is still a bit swollen and is sore if I do too much! Fine for the stage I am at apparently. I have no one to compare myself to and it is difficult sometimes to know what is normal. If anyone is reading this who has had a knee replacement and is unsure of what is ahead....I'm your woman!! Anyway it gives me some heart to continue the exercises and keep on going!
