Not so Flying Dutchman

Over two decades ago this Flying Dutchman was left in the corner of the garden. Three children and many life changes meant it got left in the corner. This autumn has been a sorting one, we are making inroads into lots of forgotten areas and this afternoon they dragged the boat out!

They had to use a garden fork to clear the decks of moss and leaf mold and the water in it was very stagnant. But for the first time in over 20 years this boat is free of trees and moss.

Now we just have to find the rest of the fleet in the over grown garden!
