All stripes

We had a colorful sunset today. This was seen in the Southern sky - from my balcony (cannot really see the actual sunset from our house due to surrounding hills). To me, this looked almost like a "simpson's sky" - I don't know why - but that's the first thing that came into my mind.

For the record: still quite nice and sunny day, +10C at maximum. Last night we had some sub-zero temperatures, but my balcony flowers look like they still haldled it. Most probably not for long: for the night between Wednesday and Thursday the forecast looks much colder: at least -3C. That would be the time to change to the winter "flowers", I guess (and maybe winter tires for my bike and the cars). But we will see. I'll post some f-f-f-freezing pictures later this week if that happens.
