Neverland

Thankfully we were all feeling better today and it was so warm. It really felt like the last day of Summer and the inevitable trek to Kensington Gardens (after a delicious burger stop at Byron) was so worth it. The Princess Diana Memorial Garden/play park was a total delight. Full of nannies and children wearing Ralph Lauren to play in the sand but delightful all the same. There were several moments and a couple of pictures which capture it well and I hope this one also captures my feeling of just wanting time to stop and for Neverland to be real for these two perfect girls.

A was so happy to be allowed to sit, all alone in one of the little boats, sand on her fingers and toes and E joined her to "drive". E also explored the big pirate ship, the little houses, slide and swings. She loved watching older children playing and running and collecting water from the little fountain and washing her feet.
