THE CAFE AT THE CHURCH . . . . . .

"Always attracts glamorous customers", said Diane smiling as she encouraged her companion in the white jacket to preen herself to have her photograph taken. As the conversation developed it turned out the elegantly posed lady was ninety years old and walked 4 miles a day, visited the cafe fairly regularly and puts her fitness down to her husband and she having been keen members of a cycling club in West Fife in their young day.
You never need to be lonely in a café and folk are interesting!
