Creationary!

This morning we were all up and ready for school at 6.50 and we don't have to leave until 8.10 so we had plenty of time to play! Spence has got back into his Lego lately so I suggested we play Creationary which he was excited about!

We used to be able to play it on the table and Joti couldn't get at it but now she can climb up on the chairs and the table so can be very pesky! She was really good today though! She sat on my lap and played with the few pieces that I gave her without eating any and without ruining things Spence and I were making!

You have to make whatever thing comes up on the card you have in whatever category you roll! We made a banana, a cow, a monster truck, a yacht, a rolling pin, a flying saucer, a dog house and an elephant! It was heaps of fun and Spence loved it! Kaz came home from her run so we got her to guess what each thing was without looking at the card!

Joti cried when I dropped her off at daycare today. It's been three weeks since she has been but she was fine after three minutes and apparently had a great day!

Spence also had a great day today! He was apparently more happy and enthusiastic and cracking jokes at the swimming pool this afternoon when they had school swimming!

Spence, Joti and I had a swim after school and Spence and I were doing backflips off the edge which was fun! I love that Spence has the confidence to give it a go, and he does it really well!

We have been trying really hard to be positive and enthusiastic and give Spence more attention lately to get him back to his lovely self! Hopefully it's working!
