JCC

Today got off to a lovely start with Ellie coming over for breakfast and a couple of rounds of the Pointless board game...I have no excuse other than tiredness for how badly I did. We then spent the rest of the day over at Mum's watching the F1 and hiding from the rain. Thankfully it had cleared up by the time we left and walked up to see local poets John Cooper Clarke and Martin Newall in the hall up the road. I hadn't seen either of them perform before; it was such a funny evening. JCC is so clever in the way he uses words and language, and both of their tales and stories were un-missable. JCC is also the owner of the skinniest legs and ankles I have ever set eyes on.
