Well today was a fairly uneventful day at work. Although still plenty of 'goings on' as ever teaching at a behaviour school in Sydney's west. However on the way home I was discussing my homeland with my colleague, Paul who drives me to work. He mentioned that he knew of a Scottish butcher pretty close to where we live. I purchased some haggis and square sausage, favourites of mine. After living over here for the best part of a year, I have missed these 'delicacies' and they will make good additions to our up-coming fairwell BBQ! Perhaps an official 'Address tae the haggis' may accompany it.
