Open Streets in Santa Cruz

It was Open Streets today when they close the main street along the ocean for a day and allow only bikes and pedestrians. Folks show up with all sorts of two and four wheelers. This bike was pulling a couch and playing loud music. It also gave a ride to a man and his 140 pound Great Dane, Rocco.
