OUTBACK AUSTRALIA..... Back When...#8

....... thought with the weather we have had to start Spring.... damn hot, it would be appropriate to pop in another of my old family pics "Back When"??

This on is of Mum and my sister and self at an amusement park, not sure when but my guess is around 1946, and probably at Glenelg in Adelaide South Australia my home town.

Good to see the attire and the style of slides in those times seen in the back ground.

Boy how far amusement parks have come in that time - we have a new Wet & Wild theme Park opening in Sydney later this year just in time for what appears will be a long hot summer.

Better run, it's Monday and babysitting Alice, fun fun fun.
