Obsession.....

I spent a good deal of today watching this. Yes I realise this makes me incredibly sad.....Two half legs of lamb in red wine, garlic and rosemary cooking beautifully in the slow cooker. They were gorgeous when finished. Totally melted off the bone.....I really love this time of year when I get to use it a lot. I don't think I'm a bad cook but this little treasure seems to be magic, you just can't fail.....


Anyway other than that it was a cleaning, pottering day. And Mr F laid some flags in the garden, even in this grim weather, you still have to grab the opportunity.....
