Another Year, Another Christmas Cake (Part One)

An otherwise blipless day, so here are the ingredients, weighed and assembled, ready to mix the Christmas cake (though I might throw in some ground almonds too).

I would have done it today but realised I hadn't lined the tin, a fiddly job which usually takes ages, so it's all go tomorrow morning.
