He's got morning glory, life's a different story
Toolibelle in the Flat of Abominable Acts.
For the second Sunday in A row, I made the journey over to Edinburgh, primarily to collect Mam and "Da" from the airport. But you can't go to Embra without stopping by the Toolibelle.
Horrifically though, after taking great care with Gran's car since last week - parking it at the far end of the drive and ignoring it basically; I managed to catch the low front bumper on a kerbstone on the way over, and yunked a bit loose on the car.
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Hey ho. That is my luck!
I made SoupyLoupy for Toolibelle though and I think it was an achievement that we managed to get it through to Edinburgh without emptying it all over the car, and leaving a smell in it too. Still there was time for smell germination!
We took Tooli for lightbulbs, (all of them in the flat appear to be incapable of getting lightbulbs), and fitted them in the "dark scary hallway". Now they can see, it is actually a really nice hallway, and with a couple of posters up on the wall (and an air freshener), it would be a beautiful hallway.
Then we took her for food. Our visits appear to consist of feeding Tooli, and attending to her requirements! Things never change when they move away eh?
She also has man flu, so I had to spend £8 on cold cures and juice. Deary me.
She is a wee sweetie. Mad. completely. But Sweet.
We got Mam and Da, and drove them home, breaking the news to them that I had broken the car! They were cool about it,but are probably cursing me,and crossing my name off the inheritance now.
So am exhausted. Sitting on the couch, and so delighted that I have a very short week next week.
