9yo invited me out on a cross-country training session, seeing as he's now running for his school in local events. We hadn't been running together since our Sport Relief Mile outing eighteen months ago. I think it's fair to say that he's the one that's now setting the pace.

Still, as I'm learning from all the IBTRs (Ilkley Blippers that Run), it is acceptable to take your camera out running, and perhaps pause to take a photo or two. 9yo rationed me to two. This is one of them.
