Eye catching

Have spent a great deal of today driving in the pouring rain, so this break in the clouds and sunlight on the lorry in front of me was quite breathtaking!

The cancellation of an away football match this morning (though not until we had got there) opened up the possibility of a impromptu IKEA shopping trip....so off I went with just one child....

James took the photo on my i-phone for me; we were on our way back having bought a desk, and laden the car down with the inevitable bargains that we didn't know we needed including some tea lights.

The pleasure for me in braving the hugely busy store on a Sunday is the chat in the car on the 40 minute journey, when my victim son cannot escape my questions....and gets the chance to ask some of his own without the normal hullabaloo of family life getting in the way.

So, I now know what he believes in too......
