Previously On the West Wing...

My West Wing quilt is finished and on the bed. I never thought I would finish it. I'm especially glad that it made it onto the bed just when the weather changed.

It's timely that it is now finished as I am expecting $200 worth of fabric from Spoonflower to arrive this week (blushes in shame). I thought I would never make a hexagonal quilt again, and I certainly won't - not on a machine anyway. But.... I think I might make a hexagonal quilt with the fabric that is on its way, using English Paper Piecing and hand-sewing. It will probably take even longer. But I don't care!

Went for a long cycle today. Got soaked. It was nice!

Have no mobile at the moment. I dropped it down the toilet on Monday morning, just after I realised our satnav had been stolen. Monday was an expensive day.

Glad it's the weekend.
