Notice for foreigners

In Zanzibar 95% of the people are Muslim, 5% are Hindu and Christian, therefore the ladies are covered head to foot and most men wear whatever they like. As we went diving this morning we passed this notice board written in English and Swahili that made sure we understood that whilst going through this very poor village, legs and belly and arms should be respectfully covered.
