Nature's embellishment
Day 13 DDW's October Challenge: Embellishment
This is made from the trunk of a ponga tree, as it known in NZ from whence it came. The rest of the world refers to it as a silver tree fern. The oval type shapes are formed by the joins of the fronds to the trunk, the others by the natural pattern of growth of the tree.
