The Boys Are Black In Town
I think this is my favourite Blip title that I've ever come up with. It adds another level if you know what yesterday's Blip was called. I amaze myself.
Without further ado, today's Uganthem is................. [Spoiler Alert] A cheeky bit of 1Direction.

No hangerover.... Boom! Today has been the first day of no work since I left University 3 months ago. It seems ridiculous. I'm not complaining at all, University students have it very easy in comparison to the rest of the working adult population; just having some time to sit around and think was a real luxury and one that gets taken for granted too often when I'm at Warwick.
All of Team Colin, save for Axel and Kris left today as did all of the UMU Crew. Places to go, people to see. The hostel became very empty very quickly.
The boys and I headed over to Colin's house to help fix the windy babes' no low-wind wind turbine; see if we couldn't inject a bit of longtail magic. Turns out we couldn't, we just took their wind turbine down and left it there as it started to rain. Sorry boys!
When we first rocked up, Colin was still asleep and God had popped in to town to the market so we chilled outside in the sunshine and organised some stuff. This was when this picture was taken. On God's return she had brought fresh pineapple with her so we chowed down on that for breakfast.
When I say it started to rain, what I really mean is that if we'd stayed outside we probably would have drowned.
Colin suggested that we put on a film and seeing as he'd mentioned it a couple of times before, we decided to watch 'The World's Fastest Indian' with Anthony Hopkins and holy crap the film is shit hot! It is an engineering film, but it has so much going for it that nigh on impossible to not enjoy the film:
- Anthony Hopkins' character is insanely likeable
- The story is true and incredibly compelling
- The movie is so well filmed with some super interesting shots
Absolutely highly recommended to everyone, I will definitely be watching it again as it was mightily inspiring. You will want to ride a motorcycle (motor-sickle) after watching this film. You might also want to just build something.
Lunch was us return to Little Rock; Kris and I just chilled and talked whilst Axel went off on a mission to organise a Matatu to take us to Masindi so we can go see Murchison Falls later on this week. His return was perfectly timed with the arrival of our lunch.
We'd made plans to stay at a lodge at Top Of The World because supposedly a few beers over looking the sunset there is supposed to be one of those 'what the...?' moments but because we would have had to leave so early the next morning it wouldn't have been possible so we passed up that opportunity. Instead we made plans to grab the Matatu at 5;30am. We called up a guide place in the afternoon and the Rhino Sanctuary so we had plans in place.
It was chilled back at the hostel, just saying thanks to Terry for his organising and the biker boys Chris and Archie were moving on so we said goodbye to them too. We'll never know the end of the iPhone story.
Moving on means one thing... Packing. God I hate packing.
Great night.

I really really really like this picture: Axel pointed out that the parallel, horizontal geometry from the steps and walls gives a very relaxed atmosphere which compliments the poses of Kris and him nicely. This was a shot that I 'saw' so I was pleased it came out nicely.
