Day in the dunes

Went for a walk thro' the dunes and along the beach West of Haarlem. Here a view onto the dunes undone of growth thus to move onwards by the winds as sanddunes and in the background smoke from the steel furnaces of Tata Steel, once Corus, once Hoogovens.
Walking 21 kms together with a handful of walkers and it's funny to discover time and again that most of us walkers are redundant from marriage and or work and we all do find the walking and talking like a healing process.
