Need the big ladder now!!!

I'm up early (well 8:30 on a Sunday is early for me) and am trimming our hedges but have reached the stage where I need a big ladder and a big man to hold it while I climb up - cup of tea while I wait for all the lazy big menfolk in my house to get up, youngest son is at work so can't help either.
