Boulavard Park

Went looking for a sunset tonight. This is a walkway that leads from Boulavard Park to Taylor Dock. Tonight it was littered with high school kids dressed to the nines for homecoming.. All the girls were in these tiny dresses that barely covered their butts and sleeveless, strapless and or backless. They stood around shivering with their arms wrapped around themselves. What I was wondering is why on earth wouldn't you wear something more appropriate for our weather or maybe a jacket.. Not a one of them did.
