The Apple Fairy

She is the magic that will turn that murky apple juice into fine scrumpy cider! We had a great day climbing apple trees and shaking them bare! Then after the hard work of 'Scratting' we pressed all the lovely juice out of the apples. I think we made over a hundred and fifty litres!

It's going to be a great Xmas party!
