Power Out

The electricity in my house has been intermittently going out, and we weren't sure why. My dad thought it was the kettle, so we took it out and and my dad even took the plug out of the wall so there were simply coloured wires sticking out. But then I used the toaster and the electricity went off again which was quite bizarre. My dad's latest theory is that it is being caused by the dishwasher, which is now out of use. Lots of washing up for me now, but at least we have electricity.

(It seems my dad spelled dishwasher wrong the first time he wrote it.)
