The Bridge

This morning I finished the book I was reading - 'The Bridge' by Iain Banks. Apparently he regarded it as his best book. I didn't like it as much as I'd hoped to, but I do keep thinking about it. What does anyone else think?

This bridge carries the A75 over the Nith near Lincluden.

Spent the afternoon cooking and singing, and the evening enjoying a Harvest Supper in the company of friends. One friend gave me a little bottle of Bladnoch so I'm off home now for a wee nightcap.
