Art on the Grand River

Soaring over 28 feet into the sky, rapid waves of silk feathers fly in the Grand River. Fluttering in the slightest breeze between the Blue Bridge and the Pearl Street Bridge, they dance joyfully in the sun. A certain times of the day, the water is painted with a rainbow of colors in the reflected light.
